Payment:

A deposit of 50% of the total daily rate will be required to confirm and secure your booking and date of safari. 

This would secure the daily rate as agreed upon and the availability of tags required for the safari. 

Balance of daily rate will be required 60 days prior to commencement of safari. 

 

Trophy fees for animals shot or wounded and any other fees will be required on completion of the safari. 

 

Trophy fees are subject to change as there are sometimes unforeseen Government levies and taxes that may arise. 

 

 

Cancellation policy:

Should a client wish to or need to cancel a safari, the following will apply:

If cancelled 180 days or more before the commencement of the safari 75% of the deposit will be refunded. 

If cancelled 90-179 days before commencement of the safari 50% of the deposit will be refunded. 

If cancelled 0-89 days before commencement of the safari no refund will be issued. 

 

Indemnity:

The safari and hunting industry is a dangerous sport and as such all clients must comply with instructions given by the Professional Hunter/ Guide to him/her or any member of the group whether a paying guest or not. 

Rob Lurie Safaris accepts no liability for any injury, accident or loss sustained by any client and will not be responsible for any expenses arising from the above. Clients are advised to take out the necessary insurance to cover the possibility of any of the above. 

Rob Lurie Safaris has no connections to the air charter companies that transport our guests and therefore shall not be held liable for any delay or loss of hunting days due to luggage or weapons being delayed or lost en route. 

We can recommend insurance for the above and medical evacuation insurance if required.
